+ Guide/Field dressing gratuities are appreciated. Normal rates range from 10-20% of the buck’s value.
Management Buck and Meat Hunts
Guided hunts for management bucks and does are available after December 15th until the close of season on February 28th. Day hunts with no lodging and meals are $300 per day per hunter plus a harvest fee of $600 for a buck with less than 8 points. A doe fee of $200 each will be added to the day hunting fee.
Overnight accommodations with meals provided are available for $250 per person per night.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
+ All hunters must possess a valid Texas Hunting License and Hunter Safety certificate (if applicable). Tags for the harvested deer are provided by the ranch at no charge.
+All guests must sign a “Release of Liability” statement to enter the ranch.
+All hunts require a 50% deposit of anticipated trophy fee and is non-refundable.
+SCI measurements are based on owners and guides discretion only.
+Any wounded animal is considered dead. All efforts to recover a wounded deer will be made, however the full estimated trophy fee quoted will be charged to the hunter.
+Cold storage is available at the ranch and is free for up to five days. After five days a charge of $50 per day will be assessed.
+All hunters must shoot their gun for the hunt upon arrival to prove accuracy of the weapon.
+Gun safety must be observed at all times. Guns must be unloaded until entering stands and must be unloaded prior to leaving the stand. Guns must be unloaded while in a vehicle.
+No alcohol will be consumed on the day of hunting until that day’s hunt is complete. Excessive drinking and drunkenness are not permitted. Excessive profanity and vulgarity are not permitted.
+Ranch management reserves the right, at their sole discretion to terminate your hunt without refund and escort you off the ranch for violation of any rule.
